We were excited to attend the Connecticut Department of Energy & Environmental Protection’s demonstration of its recently purchased All-Terrain wheelchairs on September 23rd. Five State Parks throughout Connecticut (Rocky Neck State Park in Niantic, Gillette Castle State Park in East Haddam, Harkness Memorial State Park in Waterford, Dinosaur State Park in Rocky Hill, and Topsmead State Forest in Litchfield) will receive these amazing wheelchairs! Plans are in place to have them available by mid-October, with more parks upcoming.
